[CognitionFramework] Modeler can't work on Eclipse 3.2

Hi there, my name is John Ryven, a new comer from China. Working along with Tapestry and Spring. Cognition
really impressed me deeply. I like it:)

I have installed the modeler on both Eclipse 3.1 and 3.2, just followed the docs step by step. On Eclipse 3.1
Cognition Modeler works well. But unfortunately, the wizard doesn't work on Eclipse 3.2. So I'm afraid
the modeler is not compatible with Eclipse 3.2

Anyway, it's only Alpha version.
