XMLLayout and messages rendered in XML format

Hello,
I added an option in the XMLLayout class in order to disable CDATA protection.
If we have an ObjectRenderer wich support XML format, the CDATA field are sometimes not adapted...
I send you my nano contribution in case of you accept to add it in next version of Log4J.
Thanks for Log4J, your work and to give them as opensource software !
