[ANNOUNCEMENT] Struts 1.1 Beta 1 Released

The Struts team is proud to announce the release of Struts 1.1 Beta 1. This
release includes significant new functionality, while retaining full
backwards compatibility with earlier versions of Struts. It also
incorporates fixes for a number of bugs which were reported against earlier
versions.

The binary distribution is available at:

In addition, the library distibution, which contains updated binaries

[ANNOUNCEMENT] Tomcat 4.0.4 Beta 2 released

The second beta release of Tomcat 4.0.4 has been released. This release
includes bugfixes and small feature additions over Tomcat 4.0.2/4.0.3
(please refer to the release notes for the complete list).

Of particular interest in this beta release is the inclusion of a new
standalone HTTP/1.1 connector, called Coyote. Coyote brings increased
performance and better scalability to Tomcat over the old connector. The
connector can be enabled by uncommenting an element in the Tomcat server.xml
configuration file.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] Tomcat 3.3.1 Final Released

The Tomcat 3.3.1 Final release is now mavailable for download.  The
Tomcat 3.3.1 release contains a number of bug fixes and small
feature additions over the Tomcat 3.3(a) Release.  It continues to
be a Servlet 2.2/JSP 1.1 reference implementation.  The differences
from Tomcat 3.3(a) are documented here:
