Well it is kronolith that displays the birthdays, z-push provides only
the kolab data. I just updated to the latest kronolith version and now
it works.

Weekly Agenda to be run on Sunday.

Dear List,

Has anybody written a script to run on every Sunday to send a Weekly
agenda similar to the one which is there as daily agenda?

Our users are requesting for this feature and they want to have a
weekly agenda on Sunday for the whole next week.

Regards,

Anant Athavale.

It's easier with Kronolith 3 where you only have to change 2 variables
for that, though it's basically the same in Kronolith 2:

In lib/Scheduler/kronolith.php finde the $runtime variable in
agenda(). It's passed twice to listEvents(). If you replace the second
parameter with a date one week ahead of $runtime, you should be done.

Re: Weekly Agenda to be run on Sunday.

Dear List,

I am running following as part of cron.

/usr/bin/php /home/horde/scripts/alarms.php

and I am getting reminders as well as daily agenda mail. Does this
scripts also calls for the function listEvents in
lib/Scheduler/kronolith.php ?

My problem is, if I replace second $runtime with a date one week
ahead, it will become a weekly agenda and I will loose the
functionality of daily agenda. I want both. Daily agenda should
continue and weekly agenda should be run only on Sunday.

I will be happy, if /home/horde/scripts/alarms.php is not calling
listEvents function. If it is not calling it, I will use the other cron
'/home/horde/kronolith/scripts/reminders.php' to run on sunday alone
and change the second parameter to a week ahead and it may solve my
problem.

Please update.

Regards,
ANANT.

Problem accessing calendar from Lightning

Hello!

I have successfully set up Kronolith 2.3.3 on Horde 3.3.6. Now I'm
trying to access my calendar from Lightning 0.9 and I'm having problems.

I am following the wiki page
http://wiki.horde.org/KronolithSunbird

I have installed the HTTP_WebDav_Server PEAR package and modified
Apache configuration with the <LimitExcept> section as instructed.

I am using the calendar url which Kronolith tells me to use for
subscribing to this calendar:
https://webmail.mydomain.com/rpc.php/kronolith/myusername <at> mydomain.com/myusername <at> mydomain.com.ics

After creating (in Lightning) a network calendar of type iCal using
this URL, Lightning prompts for username and password. After entering
these, the calendar is displayed blank - the events I have entered
using Kronolith are not there.

In Horde log there is this error message:
[horde] Calendar does not exist or no permission to edit [pid 77473 on
line 157 of "/usr/local/www/apache22/data/horde/lib/
Horde/RPC/webdav.php"]

In Apache's access_log I see 404 errors like this:
12.34.56.78 - myusername [12/May/2010:17:21:02 +0300] "GET
/rpc.php/kronolith/myusername <at> mydomain.com/myusername <at> mydomain.com.ics
HTTP/1.1" 404 26

After some more testing I discovered, that I can successfully download
the .ics file with Firefox only when I'm already logged in to Horde in
another tab. If I'm downloading with browser without first logging in
to Horde, I get blank page in browser and the same 404 result in
Apache's access log. Interestingly, though, there are no errors in
Apache's error_log nor PHP's error log. Looks like something in Horde
is deciding to not let me in and returning the 404.

Upgrade IMP to 4.3.7.

Not possible. alarms.php is *not* sending out daily agendas. You must
be running kronolith/scripts/reminders.php too.

I was running earlier. But, we started getting Daily agenda and
reminders twice with exactly same contents. So, I disabled
reminders.php cron entry.

With only alarms.php as crontab, we get daily agenda once but reminder
still comes twice.
