Tamil translation for horde framework

hi

i have finished the tamil translation for horde framework. I have "ta_LK.po"
as well as "ta_LK.mo" files.
we have a configured horde frame work, in order to make this localization
effective, where should i place these translation files and do i want to
make any changes in any php files?

please guide me.
