french translation for horde 5 ?

Hi,

Using horde/horde 5.1.6 (Horde Application Framework) with
horde/ingo3.1.4 (An email filter rules manager) i wonder if there is a
more recent version than
https://github.com/horde/horde/tree/master/ingo/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES (
from
http://horde.690.n7.nabble.com/french-translation-updated-td106198.html )

horde.mo Update fr translation. 2 years ago
horde.po Happy New Year! 6 months ago

I'm asking because in
https://github.com/horde/horde/blob/master/ingo/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/ingo.po,
line 894, "Début d'abscence :" should be : "Début d’absence".

very beginning of application

I want to practice translation job.

with a hello world program.

I think I can create myapp for example.

horde/myapp - my app home directory
horde/myapp/index.php - only shows 'helloworld' with horde menus(I mean
using horde framework).
horde/myapp/locale/ko/myapp.po - translation.
(if it's possible,) simple preferences menu(like font select maybe?)

I think 'index.php' file must be created manually.

file 'myapp.po' can be created with some command.
and I update tranlation.

I update 'index.php' to add some more translation element.

then 'myapp.po' file can be updated automatically with some command.

Can anyone show me how?

Question. Is it possible 'git pull' to fail? I was trying to 'git pull',
got error.
So I re 'git clone'ed.

I am new to git. I think 'git pull' is similiar to 'svn update'. Is this
right?
