newbie help on configuration

Hey folks:

I have recently finished installing horde (horde-2.2) and it works. I can
log in, and all is well. But I have a few questions now... I am
installing chora (chora-1.2) and I believe I have done the proper
configuration:

 I unpacked chora into .../horde/chora,
changed chora/config/cvsroots.php to reflect my current repository,
changed chora/config/conf.php to reflect my email address,

and I am getting errors:

500 Internal Error,
CVSROOT not found!

messages viewing the chora page @
http://www.digitalimplosion.net/horde/chora/cvs.php

I am unsure what else I need to change.

And QUESTION 2: how do i get horde to show a menu after i login - did I
miss something setting that up?

Thanks for your help.

Tim

Annotate (Internal Server Error) over NFS

Hi:

I am getting: "505 Internal Server Error and Unable to annotate; server said:"
from Chora with no description of what server said.

I know the Annotate works on the same server because it works for the local
repository but the repository I am getting the error on is an NFS mounted.

Is that a problem? If so, is there a fix?

Thanks

Silly mistake but!

Reading the chora/docs/INSTALL

I think that it doesn't actually say that chora needs to be inside
horde. Obvious when you know, but I messed around for a while trying to
fix things before it occurred to me. I had them both at root.
