[i18n] [imp] IMP 3.2-RC3

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the third and hopefully last release
candidate for the IMP 3.2 release.  Barring any problems, this code will be
released as IMP 3.2.  Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.

IMP 3.2 released

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the official release of the Internet
Messaging Program (IMP) 3.2.

IMP allows universal, web-based access to IMAP and POP3 servers. It has many
advanced features normally only found in desktop email clients such as
searching multiple mailboxes, identities, and a hierarchical mailbox navigator.

Major new changes in this release:

    - Several workarounds for buggy browser behaviour when downloading
      attachments
    - Warning before a user session times out
    - Allow creation of folder names in other charsets than iso-8859-1
    - New image mime type viewer
    - VFS (Virtual Filesystem) support for attachments in composed messages
    - New translations: Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Romanian, Latvian, Catalan
    - Many bug fixes.
