Is there a way to replaceTrackit icon and instead of use an Ent. Icon?

Purging Assets

We would like to purge our asset table but it comes up with an error. 
This is both using the Technican client on a PC and on the server. We 
are trying just to purge one record.

We go to Tools | Database Utilities| Purge Databases and select Purge 
Audit History. This shows a window with the list of assets. When we 
select one and click on Purge we get the following error message.

"Unable to retrieve the data with the given connection object."

Would anyone know what this means and how to fix it. I have tried 
going to Numara support site but the knowledge base site does not seem 
to be working.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It would seem that we can purge audit history it is when we try to 
purge workstations that we receive the message. I am not sure why 
one type of purge would work but not the other.

Problems Switching Views in Track-it 8

Does anyone else have a problem switching views from "open work orders" 
to "closed work orders" or "all work orders" after upgrading to Track-
It 8?  I continuously get an error message from Track-it telling me 
that "Error Loading View: Closed Incidents. Reverting to last view." 
when trying to look at Closed Work Orders........ Can't seem to get an 
answer as to what is causing this from Numara at this point other than 
it's a known issue and they are working on a fix.  Just curious if 
anyone else is running into this issue and what you might have done to 
get around the issue........
