Reply requestor option takes a long time to open a new email windows
Hi,
We have recently moved our users to office365. Now when a technician clicks on Reply Requestor in
Notification area, it takes almost 1 minute to open a new email window. While for users who are still on
local exchange server it comes up instantly. It looks like it has something to do with office365 but
couldn't figure it out. Can some one suggest any solution or workaround to this problem?
Platform details:
Windows 7 Enterprise
Intuit Track it 6.5
Office 2010
Email account is on office 365
