Re: Tandy 600 BASIC
Kelly, While not the exact same thing, you know there is a loadable version of that rom available in the T600 archive? There must be an easy conversion from BASIC file to BASIC ROM. I recently made some documents available that I have for the 600, and I think in there somewhere is some information on how the ROMs were structured, and how to extract the ROM into a file. If that is in fact there, it could be reversed I would guess. ..Steve Kelly Leavitt <kelly@...> said: > Does anyone have a dump of the BASIC ROM so that it can be recreated? Adjusting the contrast knob is always a good idea but it might also indicate the condition of your NiCD, i.e., the soldered-in battery that holds the system. Of, it could be one of the components in the display circuit. Do you know how to test the NiCD? If not, may we help? </x-flowed>

What you have is a Model 100 and a DVI (disk video interface). The DVI must come with a boot disk (AKA system disk) and a working cable. These are important items else you have a boat anchor. In any case, the value of your item is low. Even so, I am not interested in more inventory at this time. My suggestions are: you can sell it on ebay or, before doing that, you might want to use the free, do it yourself, FORSALE scrip at the Club 100 web site, www.club100.org. That script is over 15 years old and has served fellow Model "T"ers well over all this time. Everyone reads that feature. NOTE: I will CC your note and my response to the gang on our discussion list. These guys care about these things so this might get something going for you.(Continue reading)

RE: Remem in action?
Hi- Remem does not change the way the screen of the M100, at least not yet. There is no user interface, simply some utilities that you can use to manipulate it. Do you want some photos of it installed? Have a look at the installation instructions, here. http://www.istop.com/~sadolph/remem%20docs/ReMem2V2_T200_installationV1.pdf That's the T200 installation document. Does anyone have any photos of ReMem in action? I'm curious about getting ReMem installed in my T200, but I'd like to see what it looks like when you're working with it.
