Theres lots of ways to get the data out of Shadow handheld files
(.pdb files)

OSX client won't come up for you?

Windows client under vmware or parallels?

If its only one file, I could export it to text/html or somethign
for you; I've not reviewed back in the thread to see where you need it to
get to .. I wonder why the OSX client is blowing up.

It was probably not documented, being considered 'internal'. (I
ended up finding that when I published info, it usually lead to competitor
apps trying to suck in the files or people making random third party
clients that had bugs, causing me all sorts of support grief :) So I
started only documenting the main data files.

Anyway, anything in particular you need to know? I can dig it up
    for you.

Feel free to email me direct asI don't check here that often, too
swamped with my many projects :)

      OT: Viao UX batteries

      Hi Jeff,

This is off topic, but I know you also carry a Vaio UX. How is it doing? Do you
know anything about availability of replacement batteries? The battery I have
now is about 18 months old. I am contemplating investigating upgrading the UX to
give it more memory and storage, but am concerned that if I cannot replace this
battery when it dies then the UX will essentially be dead anyway. Sony does not
have batteries for it on their site, and I wondered what your experience getting
replacement batteries for it has been.

      All the best,
