Re: [HS] New User (Desk top for HS2)

Does this program also need to have the files created converted to the
Palm/Handyshopper format with some conversion tool?

advantage of all the features of HS2. Using Memopad doesn't copy all
of the fields you might have in your database. It doesn't bring in
categories of custom text.

[HS] Merging other's grocery lists with my existing one

I have already started a grocery list in my HS application on my Palm
T5. I would like to install one of the lists in the file section of
the group page, but I can't even manage to install it as a seperate
database in my HS application. Could someone please post step-by-step
directions for installing a grocery list someone else has made? Also,
directions on how to merge the new list with my existing one? Thanks.

Re: [HS] New User

There is a shareware beta application called "Ratshopper" that I
found. Go to this link to find their Yahoo user group:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RatShopper/

Be sure to read the readme file and use the help in the program,
because you have to convert the files back and forth--you can't just i
mport your edited or created files from the Ratshopper into your
HandyShopper in your Palm. The program includes a conversion tool for
this.

Good luck.

[HS] How do I install a list database from the Files menu on this site?

I need step by step directions to install one of the grocery lists in
Handy Shopper on my Palm T5. The files were added to my install list
for the next sync, but when I synced and then opened Handy Shopper, I
couldn't find the new list. Help!

Did you download and read the .txt file that explains how to do it?

[HS] Complete Newbie Here.......Question

Hi,

I just downloaded Handyshopper and it is installed on my PalmOne
Tungsten E2. It looks pretty cool, only I just don't know where to
start. I want to make a shopping list on it, but there seems to be
alot of features. I'm sure it'll be easy once I get started. My
question is do I need to input all my info right into the Palm? Is
there not a PC application that I can sync to the Palm once I'm
finished typing it up?

Thanks,
Kristi
