Dear Dr. Matthew Brett:
I would like to use MarsBar software to get mean z-scores within ROIs
defined by this software. First, I challenged Tutorials following the
manual. I downloaded three packs, marsbar, marsbar AAL ROIs, and
marsbar example data. I put marsbar program into (**)/spm5/toolbox/,
and I confirmed the program run (I saw the "Fish").
In starting the tutorial of the manual (page 4), it said
marsbar_example_data(-0.3?) directory contains four subdirectories;
sess1, sess2 and sess3. Is the last one is "rois"? I can see "batch"
directory in **/spm5/toolbox/marsbar/example/batch. Anyway, I moved
directory to the batch directory in the matlab71, and the typed
"run_preprocess".
>> run_preprocess
MarsBaR analysis functions prepended to path
Loaded MarsBaR defaults from base defaults
There is small window "Root directory of example data". Then, what
should I do? Should I select X directory and click Done?
I appreciate if you kindly help me. Thank you!

Dear Marsbar Users,
?
First of all, I'm using a fMRI - silent/sparse paradigm with TR=16s with 6s stimulus duration. Before this
to extract PSC, the? duration?? I defined in Marsbar is "0". Is this the correct value? Should I put 6 or 16?
I'm really confused. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hi
I am a new user of MarsBar. I viewed the ROI of the left inferior parietal
lobule defined in the automated anatomical labeling ROI library, and its
volume is "19576 mm". How can I get it's size in mm3?
Thanks a lot.
Carlos
