double click

Tried to go through the prior postings.  Couldn't seem to get in.  I
I have implemented several pieces of code (Motif Programming Manual,
Vol 6A and Power Programming Motif) that show how to use a timeout
to detect double clicks.  I have grabbed and printed out the value
of XmNmultiClick.  I have used XSetArg to make sure it is set to
XmMULTICLICK_KEEP.  All seems to be proper.

However, none of those pieces of test code actually works.  Is this
some well-known bug in Lesstif?  Am I overlooking something obvious?
This same code works fine on my old DEC Alpha, which is running Motif.

Regarding installation of openmotif

Hi,
   I was trying to install Geomview. For that I need to install openmotif.
   Is it possible to install outside usr/local directory? Please let me know
   if it is possible to install outside usr/local.

Yes, of course.  It's slow-going to non-existent at the moment, but I'll

Brilliant.  Thanks for this.  I've had similar issues with Nedit.  I'll try
and look into this at the weekend.  You've certainly given me enough

I was interested in helping out this project with the copy/paste problems
mentioned on the home page.  Can someone point me to the

lesstif-0.95.2 patch

I have debugged a program using lesstif-0.95.2
and valgrind-3.5 .

valgrind reported 3 bugs in lesstif-0.95.2 .

Two of them I have patched. The third is hidden
in another library.

The patch and the valgrind report are attached.

Error install lessTif

Hi all,
I would like to install lesstif-0.95.2 on a RHEL Client release 5.1 system. ./configure gives me this error message:

"The development package for the X Window System is required to compile LessTif, must be at least X11r5."

I downloaded and installed these rpms:

x11r6-contrib-6.8.2-77311cl.i386.rpm
libxaw8-6.8.2-77311cl.i386.rpm
xorg-x11-libs-common-6.8.2-77311cl.i386.rpm

./configure still gives me the same error message.
Any help? Thanks.

XmStringDrawImage issue with lesstif 0.95.0 (under Fedora Core 10)

I have some old code using XmStringDrawImage which does not work  
anymore under lesstif.

It works fine with OpenMotif, but as Lesstif is the Motif version of  
Fedora Core 10, I would rather stick to Lesstif

If I replace the call to XmStringDrawImage with XmStringDraw, it works  
fine, but of course, it does not paint the background. The sgc and gc  
graphic context are used in other places in my code and seems to work,  
so I am quite puzzled.

Any issues with XmStringDrawImage which I should be aware off?
