I think it would be nice to have one full MinGW+MSYS package as well
as separate packages.

It seems to be somewhat against the spirit of MinGW. Min = minimalist.
This isn't CygWin. Besides, those needing MSYS functionality will 
download it.

Seems an overkill IMHO... But what would I know..
