Bug#208743: gcm: problem solved (before upgrading)

Package: gcm
Version: 2.0.4-3
Severity: normal
Followup-For: Bug #208743

I have not yet installed the new gcm (2.1.0+20031016) -- I will do
that in a little while -- but I noticed, sometime in the past few
weeks, that these assertions had stopped. I assume an update to one
of the dependent packages solved the problem (my currently-installed
versions are listed below).

I'll follow up again after upgrading to 2.1.0+20031016 and testing
that.

TARBALLS DUE: GNOME 2.5.0 Development Release

Hey everyone,

So are we going to make a push to get some more eyeballs working on this
project and get it into GNOME? We've already fallen off the fifth toe
project, so how about we aim for one of the four big ones? = )

Cheers,
Andrew "Netsnipe" Lau

some small fixes

Hi,

There are few fixes, some related to gcc 2.95

in mainwin_callbacks.c line 831 (GList *targets=NULL;) should be moved to
beginning of function

in textitemwin_callbacks.c line 259 (GtkTextIter start, end;) should be
moved to beginning of function

in prefswin.c line 131 (GConfClient* client;) should be moved to beginning
of function

in plugin.c line 58 should be: if (init==FALSE) return 1;
(because this function should return integer not void.
also in plugin.c line 78 (gchar *dir;) should be moved one line up

Also it would be nice to fix bug #123725 from bugzilla.gnome.org
This is importand bug, because when gcm crashes I loss all collected
cliboard data :(

This bug exist in gcm 2.1.0 CVS too.
