This is a bug fix release in the 2.20 series.

============

GTK+ is a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user
interfaces. Offering a complete set of widgets, GTK+ is suitable for
projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application
suites.

GTK+ has been designed from the ground up to support a range of
languages, not only C/C++. Using GTK+ from languages such as Perl and
Python (especially in combination with the Glade GUI builder) provides
an effective method of rapid application development.

GTK+ is free software and part of the GNU Project. However, the
licensing terms for GTK+, the GNU LGPL, allow it to be used by all
developers, including those developing proprietary software, without
any license fees or royalties.

GLib is the low-level core library that forms the basis for projects
such as GTK+ and GNOME. It provides data structure handling for C,
portability wrappers, and interfaces for such runtime functionality as
an event loop, threads, dynamic loading, and an object system.

More information about GLib is available at:

Eye of GNOME 2.31.1

Hi!

Once again it's time for the first release in the next unstable release.
This time this is the stuff that will likely become part of GNOME 3.0.
Once again we were able to finally fix an ancient bug adding SVG scaling
support, which was from 2003 after all. Also the UI received some slight
tuning following reviews by Hylke Bons and Allan Day. Let's see what we
can achieve for the next releases.

Eye of GNOME (EOG) is the image viewer for the GNOME desktop.

* What's changed in 2.31.1 (since 2.30.0)?
==========================================

  * Render SVGs natively when zoomed (Hiroyuki Ikezoe)
  * Print SVGs as vector image (Felix Riemann)
  * Embed page setup in print dialog (Marek Kašík)
  * Add high resolution app icon (Hylke Bons)
  * Various UI improvements (Hylke Bons, Gabriel Corvalan Cornejo)
  * Further GSEAL-compatibility work (Andre Klapper, Felix Riemann)

Bug fixes:

  #108435, SVG scaling support (Hiroyuki Ikezoe)
  #518055, SVG being printed as low res bitmap (Felix Riemann)
  #614405, use icons for recent file list (Hylke Bons)

GNOME games 2.31.1 released

gnome-games 2.31.1
===================

This release includes a lot of improvements mainly for sudoku, chess,
and tetravex.
Overall the games now have more consistent menus, better HIG compliance, and now
builds with GSEAL.

The work on sudoku includes a new sharper look, less cluttered menus, removal of
the status bar, and a ton of bug fixes. Chess now supports svgs for pieces and
includes a new theme. Chess also moved to use GtkInfoBar. In tetravex animation
support was added together with support for swapping pieces. In quadrapassel the
difficulty in the later levels was tweaked to be easier.

Thanks to all contributors and a big welcome to our new developer Jim Ross for
the awesome work on sudoku.
