gnoMint 0.5.4 released

I'm pleased to announce the 0.5.4 version of gnoMint: a graphical
X.509 Certification Authority management tool.

This version adds adds some features:

* Now it is possible to generate CRLs for all the CAs in the
hierarchy, not only the first root CA.
* Now, the dependences between certificate uses and certificate
purposes are enforced.
* Now, the CA used for inheriting fields while creating a CSR is
remembered, so it is the default selected CA while signing it.
* Just created files now in 0600 mode, so only owner car read them.
* gnoMint now can compile with much stricter compiler parameters (not
enabled by default).
* A lot of autotools cleaning, thanks to Stanek Lubos
<lubek <at> users.sourceforge.net>
* Now, certificates (CA and non-CA) can be imported from external files.
* Added swedish translation, thanks to Launchpad.net collaborators.

There are also several fixes:

* Expired certificates appear only in the first CRL released after the
expiration date, according to RFC 5280 (page 13).
* Subject and issuer key id are properly set, according to RFC 5280
* Fixing segmentation fault when the CSR or the CA certificates have
NULL fields.
* Fixing problem: only the first certificate in database could sign
CSRs in password-protected databases.
* Fixing problem: now expiration time is properly set (there was a
problem related with the difference between UTC and localtime).

Tomboy 0.12.1 Released (stable buildfix release)

Hi Everybody,

This email is to announce Tomboy 0.12.1, a stable buildfix
release in the 0.12.x series that is part of GNOME 2.24.x. This
release bundles gnome-sharp panel applet code (as we did before 0.11.3)
in the case that Tomboy is built against older versions of gnome-sharp
with a particular panel applet bug.

Tomboy is a simple personal note-taking application designed to be
unobtrusive and friendly, while supporting inter-note-links similar to
a WikiWikiWeb to help you organize your notes and ideas. It can run
either as a GNOME panel applet or a notification tray icon.

combinations of speech, braille, and/or magnification. Orca development
has been led by the Sun Microsystems, Inc., Accessibility Program Office
via continued engagement with its end users and generous contributions
from the Mozilla Foundation and wonderful community members.

The Orca v2.24.1 release is targeted for the GNOME v2.24.1 release and
requires the latest at-spi/pyatspi infrastructure from GNOME v2.24.1.

General:

* Fix for bug #552088 - Add Utility to desktop categories.
  Thanks Patryk Zawadzki!

* Fix for bug #552343 - Quoting special characters in
  espeechfactory.py and other changes. Thanks Dmitri Paduchikh!

* For for bug #553413 - Orca can be double-started on login.
  NOTE: this method eliminates the ~/.config method for starting
  Orca. You might need to clean our your ~/.config directory
  if you're currently autostarting Orca.

* Partial fix for bug #554002 - Orca App-Preferences dialog page tabs
  are "off" by one in speech and braille. (This fixes them for focus
  tracking. It turns out they are "off" in flat review as well.)

* Fix for bug #554111 - Orca doesn't speak the Rhythmbox rating
  widget. Please note: At the moment, this functionality requires
  getting the latest patch by Jonathan Matthew on bug #368641 and
  building Rhythmbox from svn trunk. Many thanks Jonathan!!

* Fix for bug #554673 - 80 cells Brailledisplay not usable because of
  contextual braille Information. Thanks Halim Sahin!

* Fix for bug #556049 - Orca restarts when user logs out from session.

* Fix for bug #556321 - Setting an adjustment with non-zero page size
  is deprecated.

OpenOffice/StarOffice:

* Fix for bug #546941 - Extraneous focus: events issued by OOo Writer
  lists cause excessive chattiness and braille issues.

Yelp:

* Fix for bug #553877 - Need to implement FF find functionality for
  Yelp.

Firefox:

* More work on bug #535178 - In Gecko, we should get the needed text
  for the speech and braille contexts while building up the line.

* Fix for bug #527022 - updateBraille() has significant whitespace
  issues, should use braille generators when possible, and fails to
  underline links.

* Fix for bug #552887 - Orca gets stuck in graphical boxes on websites.

* Started work on bug #554831 - Google calendar unusable with
  orca. Please note that Google calendar is still unusable with
  Orca. This part of the fix just prevents a hang.

* Workaround for bug #555466 - Orca should attempt to correct
  the Firefox breakage introduced by bug 535827 via script mapping.

the Python bindings for the Clutter core and integration libraries have
been released. this release of the Python bindings map the Clutter 0.8
API cycle.

Download is available at:

  http://www.clutter-project.org/sources/pyclutter/0.8/

MD5 checksums:

  a88d49fa931dbfb8d9d4137ace32d041  pyclutter-0.8.0.tar.gz
  013b79a4094013295f491eb07be6bd01  pyclutter-0.8.0.tar.bz2

Requirements:

  * GLib 2.14.0 or higher
  * GTK+ 2.10.0 or higher
  * Clutter 0.8.2 or higher
  * PyCairo
  * PyGObject 2.12.1 or higher
  * Python 2.4.0 or higher

Optional requirements:

  * GStreamer >= 0.10
  * PyGStreamer
  * GTK+ >= 2.10
  * PyGTK

This release is supporting the following Clutter releases:

        clutter-core    0.8.2
        clutter-gst     0.8.0
        clutter-gtk     0.8.2
        clutter-cairo   0.8.0

Documentation:

an incomplete API reference is available at:

  http://www.clutter-project.org/docs/pyclutter/stable/

Python developers are encouraged to submit patches to increase the
quality and coverage of the documentation.

Release notes:

IMPORTANT: The cluttercairo, cluttergst and cluttergtk submodules of
clutter have been moved into their own modules. In order to import them,
the import directive must be changed from:

        from clutter import cluttercairo
        from clutter import cluttergst
        from clutter import cluttergtk

to:

        import cluttercairo
        import cluttergst
        import cluttergtk

The order of the import directives is also relevant, because of the
required initialization process of the underlying C libraries. The
correct order for importing the clutter and related modules is:

        first ↑
              | import cluttergtk
              | import cluttergst
              | import clutter
              | import cluttercairo
         last ↓

If you are importing the gst module, you must import it after the
cluttergst module.

If you are importing the gtk module, you must import it after the
cluttergtk module.

* Require clutter core >= 0.8.2
* Require clutter suite >= 0.8
* Split up the clutter submodules into their own modules, to
  allow proper initialization for cluttergtk and cluttergst
* Initial support for the COGL path API
* Removed the tidy submodule
* Documentation has been regenerated but it's still incomplete
  and unfinished
