Can you describe what DejaVu Sans Mono needs to add to fully support
Vietnamese characters?

I believe a few glyphs are missing. It'd be great those glyphs are
added. I can list them if you want.

On the other hand, monospace fonts for Vietnamese are there: Droid
fonts (from Android) and urwvn fonts (probably added to urw-fonts
already [1]). There are also bitmap fonts "terpinus" [2] derived from
terminus for Vietnamese support.

I'm having trouble building the fonts, this check is performed
manually so I might miss some glyphs. The missing glyphs are:

0x1EA3, 0x1EA2 (a with hook above)
0x1EA5, 0x1EA4 (a with circumflex and acute)
0x1EA7, 0x1EA6 (a with circumflex and grave)
0x1EA9, 0x1EA8 (a with circumflex and tilde)
0x1EAF, 0x1EAE (a with breve and acute)
0x1EB3, 0x1EB2 (a with breve and hook above)
0x1EB5, 0x1EB4 (a with breve and tilde)
0x1EBB, 0x1EBA (e with hook above)
0x1EBF, 0x1EBE (e with circumflex and acute)
0x1EC1, 0x1EC0 (e with circumflex and grave)
0x1EC3, 0x1EC2 (e with circumflex and hook above)
0x1EC5, 0x1EC4 (e with circumflex and tilde)
0x1EC9, 0x1EC8 (i with hook above)
0x1ECF, 0x1ECE (o with hook above)
0x1ED1, 0x1ED0 (o with circumflex and acute)
0x1ED3, 0x1ED2 (o with circumflex and grave)
0x1ED5, 0x1ED4 (o with circumflex and hook above)
0x1ED7, 0x1ED6 (o with circumflex and tilde)
0x1EDF, 0x1EDE (o with horn and hook above)

Re: Fix for MS Office incompatibilities with DejaVu fonts

Hello,

I removed "Symbol Charset" from Sans and Sans Condensed in SVN repository.
It was not set in Oblique or Bold fonts. Please test if it works as
expected.

I had a copy of Office 2000 handy to test, and the problem with the
DejaVu fonts was indeed fixed by the SVN version.
