Hi
Could somebody please go through the steps of processing a receipt for approx $21,415 which was made in USD currency and paid into my AUS $ account.
Do I enter the bank exchange rate of 1.01610 and which amount do I put for amount received $21,415 USD or the actual $21,065.68 AUS.
Also still having quite a few purchase order issues:
1. When I enter an order I have to go back into it 3 times before I can print it which is very time consuming – firstly I place the order, then I have to go back in to authorise it then go back in for the third time to print it – is there an easier / quicker way.
2. I had to redo quite a few orders late last year in a different currency and now am trying to cancel the old original orders – following is the message that I get

Hi Julie, Well it looks like your system isn't a standard 3.11.4 as the constant STATUS_CANCELLED wasn't brought in until later than that. If I remember correctly they were brought in when the utf8 branch was merged into the main line. It seems like some changes have been affected on your system since 3.11.4. I would recommend that you upgraded to 4.0.1 as it has a lot of security fixes as well as bug fixes in it. Hi Tim / Phil The orders in question were all entered at the same time and I was able to cancel one of them in late November/early December. I just forgot to cancel the other 2 and only realised when I saw all the amounts of stock in outstanding orders. I was updated to 3.11.4 back in July last year. I have also been able to cancel other orders so why is there now a problem. Does this mean I have a bug in my system. If so what do I need to do? Hi Julie, Well without actually seeing your system its hard for me to say, but the error message you gave was definitely created by code that was added to webERP after 3.11.4 was released. So it seems to me you have some code added that wasn't in 3.11.4. This code seems to be incompatible with the rest of the code. Is it possible for you to send me off list the files PO_Header.php and includes/DefinePOClass.php from your system?
