Hi, sorry for the delay. This happens as soon as you enter the
index.php page?? This is strange, the only thing I can think of that
it is writing to at that point is the sessions directory. Have you
changed that path in config.php?

figured out the problem of getting "unwriteable" message in install 
wizard. Problem was in install/index.php line 143:

<td><?php if(is_writable($comp_path) && 
is_writable($comp_path.'/weberpdemo') && 
is_writable($comp_path.'/weberpdemo/part_pics')) {

 there is no folder "companies/weberpdemo/part_pics in the downloaded 
files 3.11.2, downloaded 22.02.2010. Changed the line to

<td><?php if(is_writable($comp_path) && 
is_writable($comp_path.'/mycompanyanddatabasename') && 
is_writable($comp_path.'/weberpdemo')) {

and now it goes to companies/* writeable.

Coudn't find any hint in the manual or forum that one should rename the file
config.distrib.php wich comes with the download of 1.33.2 to config.php, but
that helps alot to get into the system for the first time without a not
running install wizard. The wizard didn't show up for me completly, there is
an error in the Timezone settings, FF trew out the following:

Re: Invoice printing with 3.11.2

Hi Arwan,

This looks like a php 5.3 problem. I need to get 5.3 installed and
start correcting these.

Am I the only person to be disappointed at the major changes that seem
to have happened between 5.2 and 5.3?

Hi Bill,

You cannot change an invoice or a credit note after it has been
prepared. All you can do is to produce a correcting entry. For
instance if you have raised an invoice for 24 units and getting there
you find it should only be 18, you need to raise a credit note for 6
units.

The installer is still very new. I normally just follow the
instructions in install.txt. However I will have a look at the
installer as soon as I get a moment.
