gplpv 0.9.11.13 and not work terminal service

Not working terminal service in xen net drive, can not find a suitable
device. Back to 0.9.11.12, in working.

High domU CPU? Seriously? Who's importing the iscsi target, dom0 or domU?

I'd start with verifying that /vm/ts05/ts05.dsk and
/download/Win2003x64/disk1.iso actually exists. Next, verify that
udevd is istill running.

Other than that, the most common problem is probably X display
problem. Are you running it on a remote host or local X display?

Where is your IP traffic going? (to Dom0, to another DomU, or to a
physical network adapter)

If a physical network adapter, what sort?

I'd start by turning off the available offloads in the advanced
properties of the gplpv xennet adapter.

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by 'terminal service'?

Is it only the rdp service that isn't working?

Dom0.

using Xen with logical volumes

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to use Xen by installing the virtual machine on logical
volumes. I'm using Scientific Linux 5 as host.
Running the configuration file though gives me an error: no Kernel
found. Is there anybody who's had a similar experience?

gplpv website and latest version

James,

I love what you did, it's really an amazing work, but I never found a
website for it, and your download repository doesn't tell what version
to use and what version is stable or in dev.

Did you write a small home page? Any hope for it if it doesn't exist?

I'm assuming you mean using LV on dom0 as storage for domU's filesystem, right?
The biggest difference between file and LVM-backed domUs is changing
file:/ or tap:/aio with phy:/. Other then that, it should be the same.
What is your domU config like?

If you haven't been able to get any domU running, it might be easier
to use virt-install or virt-manager.

That's strange. I tested domU on RHEL dom0, with storage located on
iscsi-exported zfs volume from opensolaris, there's not much
difference in domU CPU usage. I did notice substantial difference in
domU I/O throughput due to the fact that I'm using 100Mbps switch
instead of 1Gbps.

What does "top" on domU say? Is the high load on "us", or is it on "sy" or "wa"?
What does "iostat -x 3" on dom0 say? Is the iscsi-imported disk
experiencing 100% util?

If it IS I/O throughput problem, then iscsi, aoe, or nfs should be
same: none of them would provide acceptable performance. If it's
something else, then you can safely use nfs.
