Are you sure PunkBuster is really installed? Doesn't seem so.
Some games won't automatically install it.

Wine 1.1.22 +file

At the end of the setup for Norton Antivirus 5 for Windows NT, the installer
apparently hangs.
The installation isn't fully complete AFAICT.

There is nothing in the console at all, but a +file trace shows the same 55
lines repeated continuously (see log).
The installer has to be killed.

dlls/ntdll/virtual.c with commit 222e406deb878a6312b3c4bf3bcd0e185fa2ff2c
manually reverted

Since one hunk in dlls/ntdll/virtual.c fails when trying to revert
222e406deb878a6312b3c4bf3bcd0e185fa2ff2c here is the file manually reverted.
Use it at your own risk, I made it just with basic understanding of the
programming language.

Using the latest git, some grounds(especially in Outlands an Northrend as far
as I can see) and the broken fancy shadows don't render at all if you use World
of Warcraft's Direct3D renderer. That wasn't present in 1.1.22 release.
A regression test turned out that commit
7433eb76b5f05ae54702fe9e57ba315407ed651b causes this bug. Reversing it on
current git fixes the problem.
