try here: http://www.youtube. com/watch? v=-opSR3YM8KQi run several boxes with linux; two desktops ubuntu + xp pro, one laptop centos + vista. all dual-boot fine with no problem, tho the laptop still doesn't have wireless support (it's an old centos; i've been using it for over a year). just google >linux windows dual boot< (without the ><) and you'll find tons of links. it's actually quite easy, especially since vista has the "reduce disk size" feature. on the xp pro's, i used gparted or parted and they both worked fine. once you get grub configured, make sure you have the opsys you want to default boot located first in the grub locatio
n, or make sure it's clearly designated as the default choice. it makes booting a lot easier as you can restart the default system "hands off". yvette
