Need help with the software

Hi!

Below I have mentioned the setup on my machine.

1. I have windows Server 2008 which is already installed on my laptop's HDD.
2. I have OSx which is installed on my USB HDD.

Now, I want to be able to start Mac within windows or vice versa. Is
there any way that I can do this using the pearpc software. I tried to
do the same in VMWare Workstation but in that I would have to install
the entire operating system.

Is there any way that I can specify in the settings that it should
pick up the operating systems from a specified disk/partition.
