Restart

Hello,
I recently started using pear pc. I also (less recently) started C++.  I can understand what most of the code is that you guys wrote but not why or how it's implemented.  Also, I know a bit about computers in general so I understand that there's alot involved in even restarting a computer.  I would like to modify the source code to support a restart in the guest OS.  If you guys could help me out by telling me where I might start (file that tells pearpc to shutdown/ect) or any info about actually restarting a non-windows machine (does it save aything like windows saves things in the registry?) and how the computer know's it's been reset.  Any of these things would help me out alot and I would appreciate communicating with developers. Thanks again,

Aix in pearpc

Hello everybody,

I really apreciate if anyone knows something about AIX in pearPc. I don't know if it's possible yet, but i i'am trying to do that. If you have something,  manual, step by step of installation or other thing, it is helpfull. Anything about aix running in windowns or linux will help me a lot. Thank you a lot.

Re: Aix in pearpc

Hi Mathieu

Do you have something more about that? Like installation of aix, some guides or steps by steps?

Thank you a lot one more time.

Compiler used to make pearpc 0.4

Hello,
I am currently running both windows vista ultimate and ubuntu 8.04 LTS Desktop.  I am trying to get pearpc compiled (clean compile first) on my ubuntu machine.  I aquires g++ and nasm.  After downloading the pearpc source from http://pearpc.net/pearpc_net_package.php and untarring it, I tried to compile it by navagatng to /home/usr/Desktop/pearpc-0.4 and using the commands ./configure (works) and make (gives me alot of compiler warnings) it dosen't seem to have put an executable anywhere.  So I was wondering what compiler you guys used (gcc/gnu on ubuntu here) and if you have any tipe on porting it to windows (.exe) like the 0.4 I currently have, once it's compiled.   Thanks for your time,
