Re: A little help

As far as I know, PearPC is only designed for darwin-based OSes. Sorry.

No disk

Hello,

I've followed the instructions for installing Mac OSX 10.3 but the
install does not see any drives.

http://buford.linxdev.com/nohdd.png

Maybe I did something wrong when I setup the disk with darwin boot CD?

Thanks,
Chris

10.3 Install

I used the 10.3 disk utility to partition my image and the install
program finally saw the disk.

It has taken me 2 days to install OSX and I'm still not done. For some
odd reason the ppc program seems to stall. Everything in the window
looks like it has stopped. I read an entry in the FAQ related to this
but what is strange is that now I must constantly move my mouse in order
for it to keep going. The minute I stop moving my mouse the progress
bar animation stops and the program seems to stop. I don't have the
strength to move my mouse constantly for one hour or more to keep it
going. Is there something I've done wrong?

Thanks,
Chris

Re: No disk

Do you have a disk image created? If you don't, look at PearPC help website
and it will tell you. Since it looks like you have linux, you can do it via
command line. I can't remember what the command is, but I do know that it
is somewhere on the web site.
