Problem with Mac OS X

Hello everybody,

I’ve downloaded PearPC 0.4 a few days ago and also installed it. Up to then everything worked great, but when I want to install Mac OSX 10.4 Tiger, the installation starts, but after a short time it says “This software cannot be installed on this computer”. Does anybody know how to solve this problem??? Or is there another possibility of installing Mac 10.4 on my Windows computer??

I would be very pleased about every answer.

Are you installing the 10.4 ppc version (that's the only one that works as far as I know)

error while running ppc

Hi,

I ran the command: ppc pcccfg.pearpc on my PC (see the attachment for the 
pcccfg.pearpc file). I got the following error message:

C:\pearpc04>ppc ppccfg.pearpc

Error message and mouse/keyboard freezes

Hello list,

I have a problem wit PearPC I'm working and after a while the mouse 
under the emulation freezes and also seems to be the keyboard.

Under the Command Propmt where I started PearPC I got this that continue 
repeating:

[IO/CUDA] <Warning> Event processing timed out. Event dropped.
[IO/CUDA] <Warning> Event processing timed out. Event dropped.
[IO/CUDA] <Warning> Event processing timed out. Event dropped.
[IO/CUDA] <Warning> Event processing timed out. Event dropped.
[IO/CUDA] <Warning> Event processing timed out. Event dropped.
[IO/CUDA] <Warning> Event processing timed out. Event dropped.

Is this a bug or is there something I can do to solve it, this does not 
happen on other PC I have installed PearPC

512 RAM
Windows XP SP2 Spanish

I run concurrently Mac an Windows Apps but the Mac side is more ilde as 
I use that for debuging aplications I develop

I tried with Hypertreading off but it does not helped the problem persist and I lost performance. the diferences with the PCs with no problem are here.

PC with no problems	PC With Problems
Board Asrock 775VM800Pro	Board Asrock 775VM800
CPU Intel P4 3.6Ghz	CPU Intel P4 3.0Ghz
RAM 1 Gb	RAM 512Mb
Video Card Asus Extreme N6600GT (Nvidea 6600 chip)	VIA S3G Unicrome Pro IGP

Please try to turn off HyperThreading in your BIOS to see if the problem still exists,
maybe it's a problem with dual CPUs (since hyperthreading behaves like that),
and report if that changed anything.
