Installing MacOSX on a windows - Do we need to?

Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering whether, once we have PearPC, will we need to install the MacOSX Operating System onto our PC as well, or can we just put the apple made programs straight onto it?
Any help is much appreciated,
Ryan
