Hi Troy

I had a similar problem using master pages

Ismael Fanlo from spanish community found the solution[1]. Where you
need a different background pictures must be inserted and then,

Report Builder

I'm using LO 3.3 with a database originally constructed using OO and
everything is mostly fine.I just tried to produce a report using the Report Builder extension
and found it didn't work. This is a report that previously worked under OO. I edited the query
that the report reports on, then edited some labels in the report.
Whan I clicked the "Execute Report" button a new window opened, but
the actual report did not appear.I closed the report builder then used Extension Manager to update
the extension. Repeated process with the same result.Has anyone else had a similar issue with reports?--
God bless you

Can't open files with special characters on their pathname

Hello!

I'm using LibreOffice 3.3.2 on Ubuntu 10.10 (with the packages from the
official PPA).

Whenever I try to open a file with special characters on their pathname
(such as "é", "á"), LibreOffice pops up the following message:

" does not exist".

However, it displays the pathname with garbled characters in place of the
special characters. For instance, for a file located at
"/home/gabriel/Documentos/editáveis/documento.odt", the message is:

"/home/gabriel/Documentos/edit??veis/documento.odt does not exist".

My LANG is set to en_US.utf8.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Andy,

I have had problems opening wordx documents created using a macro. Wordx
documents created with no macros open correctly.

Are you opening a document created by others in Word?

LIbreOffice install issues

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Running Windows XP.

Tried to install LibreOffice. It got all the way to the end, and just
hung. I mean, I left it all night and when I came back in the morning,
it was still at 100% but not moving. Only way to get rid of it was to
kill the MSIEXEC process.

Maybe--or maybe not--related: the English language module does not
install, despite being told to do so. As a result, spellcheck doesn't
work at all.

Are these known issues? Is there a fix/workaround?

page break problem

Folks -

I am just switching over to Libre from open and have encountered the same
problem. When I insert a manual page break into a spreadsheet, I get a nice
blue line when the break occurs, but do not actually get a page break when
previewing and printing.

This is true of Libre 3.3.2 for Mac, Oo 3.3.1 for Linux, and Oo 3.3.2 for
Mac. To get my breaks, I load the spreadsheet into an older version where it
still works.

Thanks

Dan Coakley
