cdb

Hi every one,

I create file tcp.smtp as below:

127.0.0.1:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
:allow

When I run:

tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp

I get this error:

tcprules: fatal: unable to parse this line: 127.0.0.1:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""

Please help me to fix the problem. Many thanks.

Let me guess -- you've created/edited this file under Windows. Do
'od -c /etc/tcp.smtp' and check if you have '\r \n' in it.

To 'clean' the file, do

  tr -d \\015 < tcp.smtp > tcp.smtp.new
  mv tcp.smtp.new tcp.smtp
