RE: MSI installer status?

I added an updated MSI installer on the pre-release page last week (with the
same client binary that is already in zip format on the formal release
page).  Part of the delay was that I wanted to refine some of the upgrading
behavior in it, since I noticed that it was not completely uninstalling all
remnants of our older pre-MSI installer.
