Small modifications to datadict

Hi there,

I'm maintaining ipplan[1] in debian[2]. The author of ipplan is shipping a 
modified copy of adodb. Since it has some disadvantages to have serveral 
copies of same piece of software installed, I want to make use of the adodb 
provided with its own package.
This requires to include the modifications made by the ipplan author into the 
adodb package or upstream. Since this are only small modifications and maybe 
also usefull for other projects, I'm asking you for including the attached 2 
line patch into your project. This will make life for serveral people easier.
