I tried the entire weekend different operations, but for every operation with every reasonable tool was "...requires write access to the repository". So it seems that even if I'm developer, and I should have those writes, the system still doesn't accepts me. IMHO, you should post a ticket to tell them the story, cause it's very strange what's happening. Few years ago I uploaded in the CVS at sourceforge more files for some projects (with another user) and it was OK. I suspect that the sourceforge it's not working right at the moment.
