RE: hippo:page tag

There was a far more serious problem then the trailing slash (namely the
depth, most of the time 'infinity' being appended to the named event for
invalidation instead of the href). Therefor, do update to the latest
release, the version I wrote in my previous mail (release 21 July)

And furthermore, before we are getting off track, pls inform us or test
whether jms events are arriving. If so, updating to the latest release
should be enough.

Hi,

It works. I have the adapter updated.
In the other version I used to extract the page number variable in the Java
Query Page with the request.
Getting the information out the new jsp-demo application I figured out that
I can better pass it as a queryParameter inside the hippo:page tag.

Working fine!

Hippo Repository Adapter - document property contains "&"

I'm triyng to set some properties on hippo document.
But when the value of the property contains the character "&" I
receive http 400 error code.
I'm using:
nl.hippo.client.api.service.WebdavService

Example:
I create the property:

Collection<Property> collProps = new ArrayList<Property>();
collProps.add(new Property("h", "http://hippo.nl/cms/1.0", "caption",
"some text and the character & "));

Then I call the method executePropPatch():
webdavService.executePropPatch(documentPath, null, collProps);

And I receive http 400 error code.
Any suggestions?

Did you try to XML escape it as &amp;?
When documents are created and managed from the CMS, no caption will
contain  <at>  & . < > \ / ? ' or "

Re: move assets

Just back in when I read this email. As far as I know it can be done,
but only if you have workflow enabled on assets. This can be configured
at build time for your customized cms. I have not used it before, but I
have seen the button :-)

set eventCacheable to true in the build.propertie break my poor cms.

Hello David,

Did not yet have time to sort this out, I am sorry. It would help me a
lot if somebody from Hippo could provide me a up and running cms which
uses a dynamic locationmap, such that I have an easier reproduction
path. I am familiar with event caching, locationmaps and eventCacheable,
and where to solve it, I only need a working cms to see whether it
really solves the issue. I'll ask somebody here if a setup can be made
for me,
