Re: drmaa_testsuite license

Hi Dominique,

thanks for all your support.

The licensing term were never finally clarified, and Sun no longer
exists. I talked to some people, and it seems like the DRMAA working
group can treat the code as its sole property.

For this reason, I just added a MIT license statement, which should be
open enough for all possible use cases.

Thanks and best regards,
Peter.

Fwd: News on SAGA

FYI - DRMAA is well-known in India and China. Just wow ...

Is there any existing DRMAA Java implementation that does NOT rely on
JNI ? From what I know, the answer is no.

Best regards,
Peter.

Hi again,

I Cc Peter Troeger of DRMAA fame, as he will be able to give a more
qualified answer about the state of the DRMAA Java implementations.

Cheers, Andre.

And if I recall correctly, everyone's implementation is based on Grid
Engine's JNI library - but I could be wrong.
