Re: Upgrade to 1.4.5

Hi Chris,
are you using MRBS at IKEA?

This would be a good reason to convince my boss to take MRBS.

For developers: is there a list of companies using MRBS?

Thanks
Alex

I personally believe that whether or not a system is being used by other
companies should go anywhere near a decision process. The decision
process should be based on features/suitability etc.

> For developers: is there a list of companies using MRBS?

No, we could always have a "Organisations using MRBS" section on our
website, but many people would prefer not to advertise which systems
their company/organisation is using.

Cheers,

John.

Re: Upgrade to 1.4.5

Thank you John, I totally agree with you.
But ... in our organization the development is totally "managed" by an external society, and I am trying to demonstrate that we can use very good software without spend lot of money.
A reference is a good "business card", useful for approaching with sceptic people and persons without technical background.

Cheers
Alex

LDAP groups

Hi all,
is it possibile to configure MRBS in order to permit the authentication only for users related to certain groups stored in a LDAP server?

Thank you

Yes, $ldap_filter. This needs to be a valid LDAP filter for the
restriction you want to impose.

An example, restriction to a group in Microsoft AD:

$ldap_filter = "memberOf=cn=myGroup,ou=myOU,dc=example,dc=com";
