Cannot logon / 2 - admin_check results added

Hi, 

I cannot logon to Mantis v0.17.5. Please help. 

Added below are: 
* admin_check.php results
* login check
* core_API.php line 12 with config_inc.php files with the g_register...

This indicates that you need to set 

register_globals = On

in php.ini.  You'll find this file in your Windows directory.

Apache 2.0.46

Is anyone else using mantis on Mandrakes Apache 2.0.46?   After upgrading
to it, mantis no longer redirects if the client is not logged in, it just
halts with ERROR: Access Denied.   2.0.45 worked flawlessly, but I like to
keep my development box at the latest rev.

Any hints?

Cannot logon / 2 - register globals problem

Hi,

I keep on having a problem with the "register_globals" setting on Win2K.
Please help.

The admin_check.php reveals:

In the c:\winnt\php.ini is written:

     register_globals = 1
or
     register_globals = On

Can the register_globals be influenced in other php.ini's or code?

What is the relation with the $g_register_globals variable?

Mantis searching for login_page instead of login_page.php

Hi, all. 

My mantis system is searching for a page login_page instead of login_page.php.

Is this a php problem or a bug in my configuration?

Apply filter never returns

We are using Mantis 0.18a4 on NT4 with IIS and MySQL v 4.0.13

For certain filters,  involving text searching the apply filter never
returns, just leaves a blank screen.  I am fairly sure that this is a
timeout somewhere, but have no log entries or other diagnostics.  On the
development box I have also tried with Apache, which also demonstrates the
same problem.

Anyone have an idea what parameter(s) needs tweaking, or other words of
wisdom?

Fixed this by moving the access_denied() error message in access_api.php 
so that it only shows up if it is not redirecting .   It was a header 
error....

I am not sure Ed, everybody seems busy at the moment.  I think we have
enough fixes to justify 0.18.a5.  However, we need to go through the
outstanding bugs to make sure that there is nothing out there that is
critical and should be fixed in 0.18.0a5 + do some testing and then release.

Email incorrectly formatted.

Hi All,

I have just installed Mantis on a Unix box on the web running
FreeBSD/Apache/MySql
All seems to be working correctly apart from one thing.

All the mails that are sent out to users are incorrectly formatted. Part of
the header is visible in the body and all the line endings are messed up.

Anybody have any ideas what is causing this?
