Using be with windows

I'm struggling to work out why I'm unable my init the mercurial repo,

The Hg repo is stored in: C:\Users\fanboy\fanboy-adblock-list

I'm using Python 2.7.2/PyYAML (32bit, since theres no 64 bit PyYAML).
Am I missing something?
