Could BIOS execute some Lines of code ?
Hello everybody,
I would like to know if some one could help me to make a BIOS which can :
1- Do a Checksum to (E:) and (F:) partitions and compare result with fixed value that BIOS contains in ROM/EPROM.
2- Show result to user and ask him if he want to copy (F:) to (E:) Partitions with formatting (E:), or just boot normally ?.
3-a- Copy (F:) to (E:) Partitions And then boot on (C:) partition where Linux is already installed.
3-b- Or just boot on (C:) partition where Linux is already installed.
E, F and C fixed size partitions of 80 Go each one.
Is there any easy tutorial or compressible book to do this ?
Thank you very much.
