Problem with showing files with cyrillic names in Windows

Hi Anyone knows how to fix displaying cyrillic characters in tree control? As visible on attached screenshot standard open dialog shows files in right encoding, while in treeview they are shown wrong. -- -- Eugene

For the first word, you can do an 'All uppercase", but no solution for
the second word.
