Minor Update

Hi, can I request a simple change?

Could we get a #define for LIBAUDIOFILE_VERSION_MICRO added to the 
audiofile.h

AND

Could we go ahead and bump the version number to 0.2.4 in CVS so that if 
someone compiles my program from audiofile from cvs I can just detect if 
the cue (and misc data i/o) features are there by detecting that it's 
version > 0.2.4.  The function call: 
afQueryLong(AF_QUERYTYPE_MISC,AF_QUERY_SUPPORTED,fileFormatType,0,0)  is 
currently a unimplemented function call... That's probably something 
else that should be added before the next release.
