[announce] mod_chroot 0.3 released

Hi,

I just released mod_chroot 0.3. mod_chroot now supports Apache 2.0, 
making full use of its new features:
 * there's no need to apply EAPI patches
 * module ordering is handled internally

If you use Apache 1.3, there's no need to upgrade. Apache 1.3 code 
remains unchanged.
If you use (or plan to use) Apache 2.0, grab mod_chroot 0.3 from:
http://core.segfault.pl/~hobbit/mod_chroot. Please read Apache 2.0 notes 
carefully.
